TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Term Effective Scope & Agreement Confirmation These Terms of Service take effect permanently for all shopping behaviors, covering desktop webpage access, mobile adaptive page use, official account order operation and backend service interaction. The terms supersede all previous oral and informal written service agreements between users and the platform. Voluntary use of any shopping function equals unconditional acceptance of all clauses hereunder.
2. Member Benefit & Activity Usage Rules Member levels, points deduction, birthday privileges and site coupon benefits are only applicable for personal daily consumption orders. All promotional coupons have clear valid period, usage threshold and applicable commodity scope stated on coupon detail page. The platform has the right to invalidate coupons obtained via abnormal order brushing, account collusion and rule-breaking operation behaviors.
3. Platform Communication & User Speech Specification User comment zone, after-sales message box and consultation dialog box are limited to transaction-related rational communication. Users shall not publish false evaluation, malicious bad comment, privacy disclosure content and guide public confrontation remarks on public comment areas. The platform reserves the right to hide non-compliant public comments without interfering private after-sales negotiation content.
4. Service Suspension & Force Majeure Regulation The platform will not bear liability for service interruption caused by objective external factors including network fluctuation, server security maintenance, third-party carrier service failure and emergent public affair arrangement. We will restore site functions as soon as possible and publish progress notice on homepage timely.
5. Dispute Friendly Resolution Mechanism Both parties prioritize friendly consultation to settle transaction disputes. If consultation fails, both parties shall abide by published site return, shipping and transaction rules to confirm liability attribution, and adopt moderate disposal plans to protect legitimate benefits of both sides.
